Help with Cosas.
Quick answers about requirements, Apple Intelligence, sync and getting things back. If something still doesn’t look right, write to us.
What do I need to use Cosas?
An iPhone with iOS 27, an iPad with iPadOS 27 or a Mac with macOS 27. To sort things into topics on its own and to write summaries, the device needs Apple Intelligence, turned on in Settings.
Does Cosas work without Apple Intelligence?
Yes. Saving, search, the text in screenshots, colors, the archive and iCloud sync all work. You add the topic and tags yourself from an item’s detail, and Settings tells you why automatic sorting is off.
If another of your devices has Apple Intelligence, it sorts what this one saves.
How does the free trial work?
You can use everything for 5 days. After that, Cosas locks until you buy it with a single payment for iPhone, iPad and Mac, which your family can share. What you saved stays safe and comes back when you buy it. There’s no subscription. The App Store shows the price in your currency.
Why hasn’t something been sorted yet?
Sharing only saves; sorting happens in the app. Open Cosas and it gives a topic and tags to what’s new, a few seconds each. If Apple Intelligence is still getting ready on your device, Cosas waits and sorts everything as soon as it is.
How does sync between my devices work?
Through your iCloud, with nothing to set up: sign in to iCloud with iCloud Drive turned on, on each device. Changes arrive when Cosas is open, and on iPhone they can also arrive in the background.
If syncing stops, Settings shows “iCloud: Not Syncing” and tells you why.
I can’t find something I saved.
Look in the Archive: archived things leave Home and search until you unarchive them. If you deleted it, it’s in Recently Deleted for 30 days.
How do I get back something I deleted?
Open Recently Deleted: on iPhone, it’s the trash button at the top of Archive; on the Mac, a row in the sidebar. Recover puts things back where they were. After 30 days they’re deleted for good.
Cosas isn’t in the Share menu on my Mac.
Open Cosas once. Then, in System Settings, go to General › Login Items & Extensions, find Sharing under Extensions, and turn on Cosas.
What happens if I sign out of iCloud?
Your library stays on the device and stops syncing. Sign back in with the same account and it carries on where it left off.
Which languages does Cosas speak?
English and Spanish. Topics and tags follow your device’s language, whatever the language of what you save. Summaries are written in the page’s language.
Does Cosas collect any data?
No. There’s no account, no analytics and no tracking. Your library stays on your devices and in your iCloud. The privacy policy explains it in detail.
How do I delete everything?
Delete your things in Cosas and empty Recently Deleted with Delete All. To remove the copy in iCloud, delete Cosas’s data from your iCloud storage settings (Settings › your name › iCloud). That empties the library on all your devices.
